Technology built for communities the system forgot.
I co-founded Woka Walanga, an Indigenous-led charity pursuing OCG accreditation for children in out-of-home care, and Australian Mentoring Services, an NDIS disability support provider based in Sydney. I'm not an engineer by training — I build because something was missing and someone had to start. I share what I learn so other community leaders don't have to figure it out from scratch.
I build for communities I grew up in. That's the whole story.
I grew up in communities where the systems that were supposed to help often didn't. That's not a credential — it's just context for why I build what I build.
I co-founded Woka Walanga because I could see the gap in culturally safe out-of-home care for Aboriginal children. I co-founded Australian Mentoring Services because the sector needed providers who actually understood the people they were supporting.
I'm not a software engineer. I learned enough to describe what was needed without depending on someone else to translate it. Along the way I found I genuinely love creating — businesses, apps, systems, things that didn't exist before. If there's a gap and it can be built, I'll probably try.
I write and share what I work out so other community org leaders don't have to start from zero.

“I've founded two organisations, built three products, and I'm still going. Not because I had a plan — because once I see a gap, I can't leave it alone. That's probably a character flaw. It's also why the work exists.”
Tyrone Baena
Two organisations. Three products. One mission.
AMS and Woka Walanga are the operating businesses. MentorOS, HousingHub, and the AI consulting practice exist because the tools and services those businesses needed didn't exist — so they got built.

What I'm writing about.
If you see the same gaps I do, let's talk.
No pitch. No deck. Just a straight conversation about what you're navigating and whether I can actually help.
